- Notebooks or notes aren't syncing from the Kindle Scribe A notebook or book annotation is not showing up in the Kindle app, or an emailed export never arrives. Usually it is Wi-Fi, a sync that has not run, or the approved-sender list.
- The Kindle Scribe pen isn't writing or is lagging The pen makes no mark, skips, lags behind your hand, or the eraser and shortcut button do nothing. Most cases are a worn tip, a software hang, or a setting.
- The Kindle Scribe won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the Kindle logo, or frozen and not responding. Most cases are a flat battery or a software hang that a long power-button hold clears.
