- The reMarkable Marker isn't writing or is lagging on the Paper Pure The Marker makes no mark, skips, lags behind your hand, or the eraser and shortcut button do nothing. Most cases are a worn tip, a software hang, or a setting.
- Notebooks or documents aren't syncing on the reMarkable Paper Pure A notebook is missing from the apps, an added document never reached the device, or sync is stuck. Usually it is Wi-Fi, a sync that has not finished, or a subscription limit.
- The reMarkable Paper Pure won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the startup logo, or frozen and not responding. Most cases are a flat battery or a software hang that a forced restart clears.
