- A DRM-protected library book won't open on the PocketBook Verse Pro A borrowed EPUB or PDF shows "This document is protected", asks for authorisation, or opens as an ".acsm" file that does nothing. It needs the Verse Pro signed in to an Adobe ID.
- The PocketBook Verse Pro won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the PocketBook logo, or frozen and not responding. Most cases are a flat battery or a software hang that a forced restart clears.
