- KOReader won't launch on the Kobo Sage The KOReader icon does nothing, never appeared, or the app opens and closes straight away. Almost always this is where the installer files were copied.
- The Kobo Sage won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the Kobo logo, or frozen on a page. Most cases are a flat battery or a software hang that a forced restart clears.
