Troubleshooting
Fixes for the problems people actually hit.
- Apps look grey, blurry or ghosted on the BOOX Page Text looks washed out, faint traces of old pages linger, or scrolling smears. This is almost always the refresh settings, not a fault.
- The BOOX Page battery drains fast The Page loses charge quickly even when idle. On an Android e-reader this is almost always background apps, sync, or Wi-Fi left on.
- The BOOX Page won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the BOOX logo, or frozen and not responding. Most cases are a flat battery or an Android hang that a forced restart clears.
