- Apps look grey, blurry or ghosted on the BOOX Go 6 Text looks washed out, faint traces of old pages linger, or scrolling smears. This is almost always the refresh settings, not a fault.
- The BOOX Go 6 battery drains fast The Go 6 loses charge quickly even when idle. On an Android e-reader this is almost always background apps, sync, or Wi-Fi left on.
- The BOOX Go 6 won't turn on or is frozen The screen is blank, stuck on the BOOX logo, or frozen and not responding. Most cases are a flat battery or an Android hang that a forced restart clears.
